Welcome to Christmas at Found Church
Who would have believed Christmas 2020 would look like this?!
Yes, we get it, facemasks, social distancing, working from home etc etc……..2020 has been such a different way of living life. Some people have experienced loss of a loved one and others have lost their jobs. Yet, on the other side, some have enjoyed a more restful season and less of the busy lifestyle that some got used to living. COVID-19 will have affected us all but in a different way. We have all sailed the same storm, and life will continue to journey towards Christmas 2020 with hope for a bright 2021. Regardless of which category you find yourself in, at Found Church, we want Christmas to be as special as it can be for you and your family.
We really believe that hope and joy can be found in this season because of the birth of a baby who made all the difference so many years ago. His name is Jesus. Jesus – the name which gives hope, abundant life, brings peace and restores hope of an eternity spent in Heaven. Who really would have believed 2020 would look like this? But even more so, who would have believed that God would send His one and only son to be born of a virgin, in a lowly stable, surrounded by some of society’s unassuming types. We look forward to exploring this theme throughout December and encourage you to tune in, invite your friends and have a great December together. We hope you grasp the theme for the season and let your hearts truly BELIEVE……
Join us for a special Christmas Unwrapped service featuring J.John and friends. This is one not to be missed and is the perfect opportunity to invite your friends to join you in Church or to watch online with you.
We are excited to welcome you to our second Carols by Candlelight service, produced and scripted by our talented team. As we gathered among the lanterns and twinkle-lights last year, would we have believed how different this year’s service would look? And yet, the message of Christmas remains as powerful and as important as it has always been. The hope that it offers is just as needed and perhaps even more sought after. Our celebration tonight will be focussed around beautiful items and narration to bring you a message of hope and leave you feeling ready for Christmas Day.
This Christmas, we're thrilled to be hosting #carolswithcompassion - a virtual carol concert to celebrate our incredible and unchanging God. With a fantastic line-up of talented artists, it promises to be an uplifting and festive event!
With thanks to our friends Compassion UK.
Join us for our fantastic Christmas Eve Family Service as we get ready to celebrate the big day. Invite your families, your neighbours and friends, to join us in person or online.
